ForAdults who show up

An event-first social membership for adults who’d rather meet across a long table than across a chat thread. One city at a time. One evening at a time.

§ 01 — Intention

Dating apps taught us to swipe before we sit. Event apps taught us to RSVP and not know a soul in the room.

Neither of those is how a city is actually made. A city is made at a long table on a Thursday, on a Saturday run at seven, at the bar after the show.

We built Lineup for the part that got skipped — the evening itself.

§ 02 — The BookFour movements

A small, precise set of instructions for ending up in a good room.

I.
Declare your intention.
Friendship, dating, or the space between. Your intention sets the shape of your evening and the rooms we put you in. It is not a profile.
II.
Join the evening.
A tight, curated list of dinners, rucks, shows, and long tables. You see the host, the hour, the room, and who is already in — before you commit.
III.
Show up with context.
You walk in already knowing three things: who the host is, what the night is, and who else chose it. The rest is conversation.
IV.
Leave a quiet signal.
After every evening, members and hosts rate each other privately on three things: on time, good energy, respectful.Good actors compound. The rest, quietly, don’t.

§ 03 — The Evening

Everything the night needs. Nothing it doesn’t.

A.

The host is named.

Not a platform. A person. Members know who set the table before they choose to sit.

B.

The room is real.

A specific restaurant, a specific hour, a specific shape — solo, pair, or group. We do not schedule vibes.

C.

The roster is visible.

First names, intentions, verified status. Enough to walk in without small talk — not enough to pre-judge the night.

§ 04 — StandardsThe house rules

The quiet infrastructure that keeps a room worth walking into.

We publish these in plain language because the product is, in the end, the people in the room. We don’t grow past what we can keep honest.

— House rules, revised quarterly
i.
Identity is verified at admission, with a government ID. No anonymous accounts.
ii.
Feedback is private and post-hoc. On time, good energy, respectful — nothing more, nothing public.
iii.
Hosts are held to the same standards as members, with stricter review.
iv.
Access is lost quietly, never publicly. We do not run a shaming feed.
v.
Events happen in real venues. Never in a stranger’s home, by design.
§ 06 — ChaptersCities, in order

We open one room, then the next. In that order.

Cities are opened when we have hosts worth their rooms. Pending chapters move when the people do, not when the map does.

Adults aren’t making friends by accident anymore.

It takes real time together to turn strangers into actual friends. A University of Kansas study found adults need around 90 hours of shared time to move from acquaintance to friend, and 200+ hours to become close. That’s hard to find when life gets fragmented, work goes remote, and your weekends keep disappearing.

Dinner can turn into a real crew when the table has momentum

01 · The difference

Not swiping. Showing up.

No profiles to judge. No pictures to filter. You get placed at a real table, at a real event, with people who’ve been verified and showed up for the same reason you did. You learn more from one shared dinner than from two weeks of polished texting.

  • See how people act in a real room
  • No more forcing a connection with a stranger over text
  • Leave with a better night either way

02 · The product

Not random. Curated.

Every event is picked or built by us. Every member is identity-verified. You’re not walking into a public Meetup with eighty strangers — you’re walking into a dinner for six, a bowling league of regulars, a comedy table you leave together.

01Real events, not endless profiles
02Cleared people and private trust signals
03Small formats with social momentum

03 · For singles, if you want it

Why roll the dice on a blind date?

Why spend weeks messaging someone just to learn in the first ten minutes that they oversold the profile? Lineup gives you a better option: double dates, group dinners, and shared nights where the event is already good, whether romance happens or not.

01No more one-person pressure cooker
02See how people actually show up in real life
03If there’s chemistry, great. If not, still a good night.
